Weekly video calls with me so that I can better get to know you and your unique challenges to provide specific recommendations for you.
Nutrition
Our current diet culture creates a lot of confusion about what we should eat. I will simplify the best practices to optimize health and weight loss, considering your personal likes/dislikes.

Well-being
Our physical bodies can only be as healthy as our mind and emotions have the capacity for. I will help you create practices to reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm. You will also learn to examine any unhealthy behaviors you have developed to cope with stress.
Customized Plans
Let me design a total fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. As a physical therapist, I will provide specific exercises based on your current abilities, any pain you are experiencing, and deficits I identify through a physical screen.

About Me
Hi, I’m Christy, wife, mom to two young girls, and a background of working as a physical therapist for the past 9 years. Throughout PT school and after, I learned much about human anatomy and physiology and the role of exercise and nutrition in supporting optimal physical health. I integrated these practices into my own life, and taught them to my PT patients as well to overcome pain from injuries or poor lifestyle habits.
Later, shortly after becoming a mom, I recognized that nutrition and exercise weren’t enough to keep me feeling healthy and grounded. My love for wellness shifted to the mental and spiritual practices, as I began to study and implement new practices in my own life to reduce the amount of burnout and overwhelm I was feeling from being a working mom, while still feeling like a kid myself.
The more I learn, via books, podcasts, self-practices, and through interactions I have with my physical therapy and coaching clients, the more I feel compelled to share this knowledge with others.
